She is interrupted by a masked man , who has orders to apprehend her. They have a confrontation before the female ghoul, dissatisfied from having her meal interrupted and unthreatened, steals the masked man's pliers before taking off, leaving him enraged.

Tokyo Ghoul is the first season of an anime television series adapted from the manga of the same name by Sui Ishida. The series is produced by Pierrot , and is directed by Shuhei Morita.
